Find something you really love to do!  Whether you enjoy swimming, basketball, or soccer - choose a sport you like.

Change it up!  If you always do the same thing every week, try doing something different.  Change up the route you jogg on, go to a different pool for swimming, or try something completely different like biking or hiking.  

Remember that you don't have to spend a fortune to get good exercise.  Step outside - and take a hike in your local ravine.  Hop on your bike and ride around the neighborhood.  

Drink lots.  Drinking water really helps with exercise.

Go with a friend or sibling.  This is a fun way to exercise together.
