Here where I live, we are blessed with alot of snow. Snow is not in short supply here! So how's one supposed to enjoy it? I mean, you can only do so many snow ball fights :) So I decided I would try Snow Ice Cream. It sounds really strange and awfully funny, but it's delicious!

Snow Ice Cream - 1 cup half and half cream or milk, fresh clean snow, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 3 T. sugar or to taste.  Combine cream or milk, vanilla, and sugar inside your home. Then go outside (bundle up and prepare to get some fresh air!) and scoop a big heap of fresh white snow into your cup (again make sure it is clean and out of the way from your dog's territory! nuff said!). Stir it with your spoon and it should "melt" into the cream mixture. Continue adding snow until it gets icy and thick. You can add as much snow as you'd like. Just remember - the more snow you add, the more real, thick icecreamy it'll become. If you don't add as much snow, it'll be more like softserve icecream which is really yummy too. Eat with a spoon. All I can say is, What better way to enjoy the snow?

Now It's Your Turn ... Make the snow ice cream. Then, leave a comment letting me know what you thought!
