Homemade, healthy hot chocolate: Mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder with 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey in 8 oz of water or drizzle into hot water to your taste.
Sew a 'magic' bag for aches, pains and warmth: Sew 3 sides of 2 pieces of cloth together. Leave one side open. Add rice until full. Add a few drops peppermint essential oil. Sew closed. Microwave for 1 minute (or a little more) until nice and warm. Use for warming feet, back, etc.
Simply get COZY! Get a nice hot blanket, a nice cup of steaming cocoa, and snuggle with your favorite book!
