Here is a sample week's snack idea list:

MONDAY - Cheese string *or cut cheese* and crackers.

TUESDAY - Apples, oranges or other fruit (dried or fresh; if dried – unsweetened)

WEDNESDAY - Yogurt and berries with granola sprinkled on top

THURSDAY - Honey-sweetened lemonade and banana PBJ (to make mix equal parts mashed banana, jam and peanut butter together and spread on bread)

FRIDAY - Fruit smoothie

Other ideas (pick and choose)

  • Cheese string (or cut cheese) and crackers
  • Apples, oranges, or other fruit
  • Dried, unsweetened fruit
  • Lemon juice and water
  • Banana
  • Almond Milk – yum!
  • Smoothie
  • Banana PBJ
  • Yogurt and berries
  • Applesauce cups
  • Apple slices and Peanut Butter or Cinnamon
  • Scrambled or boiled eggs
  • Honey-sweetened lemonade
  • Granola bars
  • Trail Mix
  • Plantain chips
  • Banana chips
  • Fruit salad
  • Yogurt-covered raisins
  • Boiled eggs
  • Slices of whole grain bread with honey.
