Natalie's Berry Delight
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen or blueberries, frozen
1 Tbsp. icing sugar
1/2 cup (softened) cream cheese, original (white/plain)
Gluten Free Bread ... Udis is best ... (may also use regular w. wheat bread if gluten tolerant)
Put berries in pot on high, till boiled. Pour in bowl, add softened cream cheese, and whip. Spread on bread, sprinkle with icing sugar, enjoy! Sure to be a favorite with all siblings!!!
